In Brief:
Both projects were back-to-base in scope, each with an additional construction feature and challenge: CRU 33A included a new BOH corridor and service elevator down to a new basement hallway and machine room (unexcavated) connected to a service corridor, and a new rooftop doghouse bringing services through an intermediary above tenant (Crate & Barrel). CRU R-03 involved an exhaustive study of routing lines for a new grease interceptor two levels down, running through existing high-end tenants on the ground floor (Coach, Peoples, and Browns), and new water, gas/vent, and refrigerant lines routed two stories up to the roof through a new exterior doghouse.
