My involvement for this project included:
Unit type and area calculations for the 50 storey single tower condominium, including building GFA, GBA, and GCA for preparation of statistics summary
Proposing revised underground level layouts, (3 levels including ramp distances, elevator options for retail at ground level, BOH, residential bike, and residential elevators, shared parking spaces as required), as the elevator core and requirements had changed since the prior SPA package.
Developing revised layouts as appropriate for subsequent SPA submission.
Coordinating updated design developments on ground and second floors as per previous SPA submission with below-ground levels (exit corridors, stairs, garbage chute, and service riser shaft)
